The hazelnut of the Langhe, told by those who cultivate it
The Langhe are not just wine. The Tonda Gentile IGP hazelnut grows on the same hills and has an equally interesting story, which is better told inside a workshop than behind a tasting counter.
This day combines both: the Vespa to cross the hills at the right pace, and a visit to the farm where the hazelnut is cultivated, processed and transformed before your eyes.
What's included:
Vespa for 2 people, with petrol included
2 approved helmets
Guided tour on the stages of production, processing and transformation of the Langhe Hazelnut. Available between 9:00 and 15:00 by reservation.
Tasting of products based on IGP Piedmont Hazelnut and hazelnut artisan gelato
GPS itinerary accessible via dedicated app
Good to know:
A valid driving licence is required to ride the Vespa
The Vespa is for 2 people: the price is for the couple
The guided tour is available only in Italian, during a time slot between 9 and 15.
Agenda
Schedule of the day from 9 to 19
The Vespa is yours for the whole day. The only fixed appointment is the visit to the Regale, which we will schedule together with you at the time of booking in a time slot between 9 and 15. Everything else is up to you.
From 9:00 - Welcome and delivery of the Vespa.
We will wait for you at the meeting point communicated via email. We will hand over the vehicle and helmets and together we will have a briefing on driving and safety.Â
Explore the Langhe on two wheels
Before or after the visit, you can go wherever you want. We will provide you with a GPS itinerary with the scenic points we recommend, but you can ignore it and follow the road that convinces you the most.Â
Guided tour and tasting of hazelnut products.
At the agreed time, they will be waiting for you at the company. The family directly cultivates hazelnuts on land in Albaretto della Torre, Feisoglio, Lequio Berria, Rodello, Serravalle Langhe and Sinio, and processes them in the laboratory using artisanal methods. The producer will accompany you on the visit and show you all the steps, from harvesting to processing. Following that, you will have a tasting of their products and their famous artisanal hazelnut ice cream.
Continue exploring the Langhe on the Vespa
After the visit, you can continue to enjoy the Langhe among viewpoints over the Barolo vineyards, villages where you can stop for a coffee, hairpin bends of Alta Langa and much more.
18:00 - Return
You return the Vespa to the starting point by the agreed time.

My friend and I were on holiday in Piedmont and we borrowed some bicycles to visit the local vineyards. This is quite a hilly region, which is why we chose the e-bike option. We were very satisfied! The owners and I communicated in English without any problems, they explained everything to us and recommended places we could visit during our tour. Beautiful scenery, great wine, and perfect bicycles and service. I recommend it to everyone! :))

My friends and I rented 4 e-bikes for the whole day. Federica was super kind and helpful. She recommended a circular route based on our needs, and some tastings. Stunning landscapes! Their winery with a view of the Langhe is truly spectacular! I absolutely recommend it!

I rented pedal-assisted bikes with some friends and then we stopped for a tasting at the winery. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but then the terrace with a view of the vineyards is wonderful and Olga was very helpful. An informal welcome that puts you at ease right away!
