My friend and I were on holiday in Piedmont and we borrowed some bicycles to visit the local vineyards. This is a rather hilly region, which is why we chose the e-bike option. We were very satisfied! The owners and I communicated in English without any problems, they explained everything to us and recommended places we could visit during our tour. I rented pedal-assisted bikes with some friends and then we stopped for a tasting at the winery. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but then the terrace overlooking the vineyards is wonderful and Olga was very helpful. An informal welcome that puts you at ease right away!
72h before:
- Cancellation is free if made with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the rental start time.
Between 72h and 24h before:
- For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the rental start time, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Less than 24h before:
- For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the rental start time, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Cancellation due to poor weather conditions:
- In case of a forecast of rain, cancellation is free if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day before the rental.
We have several e-bike models, including city bikes, front and full suspension mountain bikes, and trekking bikes. You can choose based on the type of route you want to take and according to availability.
The range varies depending on the model, the level of assistance used, and the type of terrain. On average, the batteries last between 50 and 100 km
Yes, we offer a helmet, lock, smartphone holder, repair kit upon request, child seats, child carriers, dog carriers, panniers, and a co-pilot.
Yes, we have several self-guided route suggestions suitable for all levels and accessible via an app on your smartphone. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
We have an active support service. If you have any problems, contact us immediately and we will find the quickest solution possible.
Don't worry about space in your backpack: thanks to agreements with the wineries, you can buy the wine andhave it delivered directly to your home, continuing the tour with total ease.
The bikesare not suitablefor transporting heavy or fragile loads such as bottles. We recommend a backpack or trolley; alternatively, shipping from the cellar (the safest option).
