Normally, the return takes place at the same pick-up point. We offer a personalized pick-up service on request, with an additional cost.
Yes, you can transport it. However, it is essential to pay attention to avoid damage. If you use a bike rack, make sure it is compatible and secure. Otherwise, adequately protect the e-bike inside the vehicle. Transportation is your responsibility, so we ask you to take care of the e-bike as if it were your own.

E-bikes and accessories
We have several e-bike models available, including city bikes, front and full suspension mountain bikes, and trekking bikes. You can choose based on the type of route you want to take and according to availability.
The range varies depending on the model, the level of assistance used, and the type of terrain. On average, the batteries last between 50 and 100 km.
Yes, we offer a helmet, lock, smartphone holder, repair kit upon request, child seats, child trailers, dog trailers, and a co-pilot.
E-bikes are heavier than regular mountain bikes: depending on the type of bike, they weigh around 23-25 kilograms. However, you will be surprised by the ease of riding and the assistance from the electric motor!
We have E-bikes suitable for children with a height starting from 140 cm and above. For younger ones, we offer various solutions to integrate with adult bikes such as child seats, child trailers, and co-pilots.

Our e-bikes are not insured against theft or damage. We recommend that you exercise the utmost care while using them.
If your rental bike is stolen, you are considered responsible and must report it to the relevant authorities. Additionally, you are partially responsible for the cost of the bike, according to the terms of the rental agreement. However, if you secure the bike lock properly, it is very unlikely that this will happen.
In Italy, the use of helmets for pedal-assisted electric bicycles is not mandatory for adult riders. However, it is strongly recommended to wear one to ensure greater safety while riding. For those under 14 years of age, wearing a helmet is compulsory on any type of bicycle, including E-bikes.

Wine and experiences in the cellar
Bicycles are not ideal for transporting bottles of wine, especially if they are numerous or fragile. We provide a cart for transport, or you can use your own backpack. Alternatively, when possible, you can request home delivery directly from the winery.
You can purchase it directly at the winery, whether it is Cantina La Biòca or another winery visited during the tour, and have it conveniently delivered to your home thanks to arrangements with the producers. This way, you can continue the tour without any burdens.
