• Cancellation is free if made with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the rental start time.

Between 72h and 24h before:

• For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the rental start time, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.

Less than 24h before:

• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the rental start time, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.

Cancellation due to poor weather conditions:

• In case of a forecast of rain, cancellation is free if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day before the rental.

At the time of rental, it is mandatory to present a valid photo ID. You must be of legal age to sign the waiver and accept the regulations. In the case of a minor customer, the presence of an adult guardian who assumes responsibility is required. Equipment is rented only to individuals who can demonstrate adequate ability to safely operate the bike and comply with the Highway Code. In the event of accidents due to misuse or technical incapacity, the customer is responsible and the rental company may seek compensation.

The service is active every day in July and August with the following hours: 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00. Staff presence is not always guaranteed in the absence of a reservation, as operators may be engaged in deliveries or assistance.

The rental options are:

• Half day: 9:00–13:00 or 15:00–19:00
• Full day: 9:00–19:00
• Multiple days: 9:00 on the first day – 19:00 on the last day

In case of delays beyond 15 minutes from the agreed return time, a penalty of €20/hour will be applied.

The renter and the customer check together the correct functioning of the products. In case of anomalies, it is the customer's responsibility to report them immediately for possible replacement. In the case of tacit consent, the bike is considered delivered in optimal conditions. Any damages caused by the customer must be compensated according to the 'DAMAGE' table.

In accordance with the regulations of the Val Troncea Natural Park and the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Park, the use of bicycles is allowed exclusively on white roads open to the public and during daylight hours, in conditions of good visibility and safety. Failure to comply with these criteria entails the assumption of all responsibility by the customer for any damage to themselves, the products, or third parties, in addition to the penalties provided for by current legislation. The permitted routes must only be tackled in relation to one's own level of training and technical ability. It is strongly advised against venturing into unknown or unmarked areas.

The rental price includes: helmet, lock, mobile phone holder, and bottle holder. At the time of delivery, the renter will check the presence and correct functioning of these accessories. In case of non-return or damaged return of the same, the corresponding amount will be charged according to the 'DAMAGE' table.

The delivery of the equipment is at the discretion of the rental company. If this is not possible, collection at the point of sale will be necessary. The delivery cost may vary, generally it is €15 per trip (one way or return, return trip = €30) for a pair of bikes, and there will be an additional charge of €5 per trip for each individual bike beyond the pair. The maximum number of bicycles that can be transported per delivery is eight. It is strictly forbidden to transport the vehicles with your own vehicles. If the rental company detects such behaviour, it reserves the right to cancel the rental and proceed with a partial refund of 70% of the total.

Any damage caused to oneself or to third parties during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer. The rental company accepts no liability for such an event.

Any damage caused to property is the responsibility of the customer, who must compensate the rental company.

Please refer to the 'DAMAGE' table for details regarding the amounts due in case of damage, loss or theft.

The batteries have a certain autonomy which is included with the rental:

• for a full day, the expected charge is at least 100%;
• for half a day, the expected charge is at least 80%;
• for multiple days, the expected charge is 100% from day 1 plus the delivery of the charger and the key to remove the battery;

If the bicycle is collected the evening before, the battery may not be charged. In this case, if deemed necessary, the charger and the relevant key will be provided.

In case of battery depletion during the excursion, it is possible to request a replacement of the battery or the vehicle at a cost of €30 per bicycle. Replacement is not always guaranteed.

The rental offers a support service available every day aimed at resolving issues as quickly and effectively as possible. Support is not always guaranteed due to the inability to access certain areas at specific times.

Support is not guaranteed:

• in the Val Troncea natural park;
• on the Assietta road on days when it is closed to traffic;
• on all trails that are not easily accessible by car;
• in places that are more than 50km by car from the rental;
• outside the rental opening hours (before 9:00, after 19:00).

At the time of bike delivery, a replacement kit may be requested in case of a puncture, which is only guaranteed with the rental of a FULL e-bike.

Payment for the rental is required in advance of the start of the rental, using any common payment method. For telephone/online bookings, 100% of the rental price is required. This will be made through a suitable platform provided by the rental company. For on-site bookings, a deposit of approximately 30% of the rental price is required.

Payment after the rental will never be possible.

Mobilitas organises guided tours and special events with qualified guides, in compliance with current regulations regarding safety and environmental protection. Participation is subject to the following conditions:

1. Booking:
   Booking is mandatory at least 48 hours in advance. Participation is subject to the availability of guides and the achievement of the minimum number of participants. In case of bad weather, dangerous conditions, or force majeure, the activity may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of the organisation, with a possible refund of the fee paid.
   
   
2. Physical and technical suitability:
   The participant declares to be physically fit and technically prepared in relation to the difficulty of the route. Mobilitas Rent and the guides are not responsible for damages arising from inadequate physical conditions or the inability to undertake the excursion safely.
   
   
3. Responsibility:
   The participant expressly relieves Mobilitas Rent, the guides, and collaborators from any responsibility for damages to persons, property, or environments occurring during the activity, except in cases of intent or gross negligence attributable to the organisation. Any damage caused by the user will be their responsibility.
   
   
4. Safety:
   The use of the helmet and safety devices provided is mandatory. Failure to comply with the guide's instructions or behavioural rules may result in exclusion from the activity, without the right to any refund.
