Pick the date, proceed with the order and wait for the confirmation email.

Pick-up your E-bike
On the day of your booking, go to the rental point and collect your E-bike. (You will also receive a liability waiver form to sign beforehand)

SUPER!!! Domenica io e il mio compagno abbiamo noleggiato due bici elettriche e un rimorchio per nostra figlia di un anno e siamo rimasti super soddisfatti! Le bici erano in ottime condizioni, comode e facili da usare, e il rimorchio per la bambina si è rivelato perfetto!
I ragazzi super disponibili e ci hanno aiutato a scegliere l’attrezzatura più adatta e fornendoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per la nostra giornata diversa dal solito!!!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo noleggiato due bike da Mattia e Federica e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le bici sono perfette e di buona qualità. È stato molto comodo il grande parcheggio che c’è al punto di partenza e i servizi disponibili come toilette, bar e shop vini di Fontana Fredda.
Speriamo di tornare presto!!

- For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the rental start time, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Less than 24h before:
- For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the rental start time, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Cancellation due to poor weather conditions:
- In case of a forecast of rain, cancellation is free if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day before the rental.

The range varies depending on the model, the level of assistance used, and the type of terrain. On average, the batteries last between 50 and 100 km
Yes, we offer a helmet, lock, smartphone holder, repair kit upon request, child seats, child carriers, dog carriers, panniers, and a co-pilot.
