Individual bookings and groups of up to 8 people
The following section applies to individual bookings or groups of up to 8 people, unless different written agreements are made between the parties.
Cancellation conditions for e-bike rentals, activities and ancillary services
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the rental start time, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Bad weather
- The assessment of weather conditions will be carried out by Mobilitas based on the forecasts published by the Meteorological Service of the Air Force:

- The simple forecast of light or intermittent rain does not automatically grant the right to free cancellation of the e-bike rental, provided that the activity can still take place in conditions of safety and reasonable usability.
- Cancellation due to bad weather will only be accepted without penalties if, during the time slot affected by the rental, the forecasts indicate a probability of precipitation equal to or greater than 30%, or if thunderstorms, strong winds, or other weather conditions are expected that would make the e-bike rental unsafe, impractical, or objectively unusable.
- The final assessment will in any case be left to Mobilitas, based on the available forecasts and the actual safety conditions of the route and experience.
- The cancellation request must be received by 18:00 on the day before the date of the activity or rental.
- Any activities or ancillary services not strictly dependent on weather conditions, such as tastings, light lunches, meals, visits, or other services confirmed with third-party partners, will remain subject to the usual cancellation conditions.

Group bookings from 9 people and companies
The following section applies to groups of 9 or more people, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Cancellation communication
Cancellation conditions for e-bike rentals, activities and ancillary services
The following are the applicable conditions in case of cancellation:
Up to 15 days before
For cancellations made up to 15 days before the date of the activity, 20% of the total amount of the confirmed services will be retained to cover organisational and logistical costs.
From 14 days to 8 days before
For cancellations made between 14 days and 8 days before the date of the activity, 50% of the total amount of the confirmed services will be retained.
From 7 days before / no-show
For cancellations made from 7 days before the date of the activity, or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the confirmed services will be retained.
Reduction in the number of participants
For reductions exceeding 20%, or communicated after this deadline, the fee for the reduced participants will follow the cancellation conditions stated above.

Payment conditions
The balance must be paid 7 days before the activity, unless different written agreements are made between the parties.
In the event of non-payment within the agreed terms, Mobilitas reserves the right to suspend the confirmation or provision of the booked services.
