Experience a slow weekend of yoga, e-bikes and the hills of the Langhe
A weekend created to step away from the city, move outdoors and enjoy the slower rhythm of the Langhe.
We’ll meet on Saturday at La Biòca winery, surrounded by vineyards and hills. Around midday, we’ll set off for a guided e-bike tour through scenic roads, vineyards and panoramic landscapes. Along the way, we’ll stop for a relaxed picnic in the vineyard: time to rest, enjoy the view and simply take it all in.
In the afternoon, there will be some free time to unwind, followed by a gentle yoga session designed to release the body after the ride and bring us into the evening with more calm.
The day will end with a visit to the wine cellar, dinner together and, for those who wish, a tasting of local wines.
From movement to calm
Sunday will begin with a morning yoga session on the terrace, followed by breakfast and some free time to read, take a walk, chat with others or simply enjoy the view. After check-out, we’ll close the weekend with a visit and lunch at Cascina Pugnane, including time on the panoramic tower.
Two slow days with yoga, e-bikes, local food and an easygoing international atmosphere, in one of the most beautiful areas of Piedmont.
Saturday
10:00-11:30 · Arrival at La Biòca, in the heart of the Langhe. We'll take some time to arrive slowly, say hello and gently ease into the rhythm of the weekend. A quite moment to breathe, look around and enjoy the first views of vineyards and rolling hills 🌿
12:00 · Guided e-bike tour + picnic 🚲 We’ll set off directly from the winery for a guided e-bike tour. We’ll ride at a relaxed pace, passing through vineyards, scenic roads and small villages surrounded by the Langhe landscape. Along the way, we’ll stop for a picnic in nature: a convivial moment to relax, enjoy something good to eat and take in the area without rushing.
Return to La Biòca · Relax & free time 🍃 After the tour, we’ll return to La Biòca, where there will be time to check in and relax before the rest of the day. A free moment to rest, read, write, or simply enjoy the calm and the views of the Langhe.
17:00 - 18:00 · Yoga with Katerina 🧘♀️In the late afternoon, we will gather for a yoga session suitable for all levels, designed to relax the body and gently guide us into the evening. We will practice on the terrace or in the winery spaces, depending on the temperature at the time.
19:00 – 21:00 · Dinner and wine tasting 🍷 The evening will continue with a visit to the spaces of the La Biòca cellar and an optional tasting of some wines produced directly by the winery. We will dine together on the terrace, surrounded by the vineyards and the evening light, sharing good food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Sunday
8:30 – 9:30 · Morning yoga flow with Katerina ☀️ The morning will begin with a flowing and energising yoga practice on the terrace, designed to gently wake up the body and start the day surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Langhe. A practice open to all levels, accompanied by the soft light and atmosphere of the morning
Breakfast ☕️ Right after the practice, we’ll enjoy a shared breakfast together, taking it slowly. Afterwards, there will be some free time to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the place a little longer.
12:00 – 15:30 · Winery tour, aperitif and lunch 🍝 Before we say goodbye, we will conclude the weekend at Cascina Pugnane with a visit to the winery, followed by an aperitif on the panoramic tower with a view of the Langhe hills. Afterwards, a tasting lunch awaits us, to share one last moment together in a relaxed atmosphere.
