How does it work
Careful usage
The bikes are used for our tours and experiences, ridden by customers under our supervision. Each bike is registered, identified, and subjected to regular maintenance throughout the season.
Complete check at the end of the season
Each bike undergoes a complete check-up by our technical team, which checks the battery, motor, brakes, fork, gears, and components subject to wear.
2-year Mobilitas Warranty
Every e-bike for sale is covered by a Mobilitas warranty of 24 months on the frame and main components (excluding the battery). The battery has a warranty of 1 year.
