E-bike Escape in Alta Langa: Rolling Hills & Timeless Vistas


Start from the La Biòca Winery for a self-guided e-bike tour through the hills of Alta Langa. After crossing vineyards, hazelnut groves, and breathtaking landscapes, you will reach the medieval Tower of Albaretto, an enchanting place that overlooks the surrounding valleys.

Here you will experience a typical lunch served in an exclusive location: you can choose between the panoramic terrace, the private wine cellar, the deconsecrated chapel, or, upon request, the garden or the vineyard.

The menu highlights local products and celebrates the landscape that produces them, with a bottle of wine for every two people to toast to the day.

After lunch, continue the tour at your leisure, through rows of vines, hamlets and woods — with the option to stop wherever you like to contemplate the landscape or take unforgettable photos.

Schedule

From 9 am Welcome and E-bike collection. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the winery, where you will be assigned the e-bike most suitable for you. After a brief briefing on the route and the use of the bike, you will be ready to set off for the self-guided tour.
E-bike tour departure. Ride through La Morra, Barolo, Monforte d’Alba and the most picturesque corners of the Langhe. An easy yet scenic route, perfect for immersing yourself in nature.
​Lunch with a view at the Albaretto Tower. After a scenic ride through the hills of Alta Langa, you'll reach a truly special place: the Albaretto Tower, suspended between sky and vineyards. Here, you’ll be welcomed for a traditional lunch served on a panoramic terrace, with a 360° view over the rolling hills and charming villages of the area. 
The light lunch menu, thoughtfully crafted around local flavors, will introduce you to the true gastronomic soul of the Langhe: regional cured meats and cheeses, tuma cheese with green sauce, pickled vegetables, traditional meliga cookies, and one bottle of wine every two people to toast together

No rush. Hop back on your e-bike and continue the tour at your own pace.

You’ll be free to explore new trails among the vineyards, stop to snap a photo in the hills, take a break in one of the charming villages along the way, or simply enjoy the silence of the Langhe countryside as you ride.

Io e il mio amico eravamo in vacanza in Piemonte e abbiamo preso in prestito delle biciclette per visitare i vigneti locali. Questa è una regione piuttosto collinare, motivo per cui abbiamo scelto l'opzione e-bike. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! I proprietari ed io abbiamo comunicato in inglese senza problemi, ci hanno spiegato tutto e ci hanno consigliato i posti che avremmo potuto visitare durante il nostro tour. Bellissimo paesaggio, ottimo vino e biciclette e servizio perfetti. Lo consiglio a tutti! :))

Io e i miei amici abbiamo noleggiato 4 e-bike tutta la giornata. Federica è stata super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato un giro ad anello da fare in base alle nostre esigenze, e alcune degustazioni. Paesaggi stupendi! La loro cantina vista Langhe è davvero spettacolare! Consiglio assolutamente!

Ho affittato con alcuni amici le bici a pedalata assistita e poi ci siamo fermati per la degustazione in cantina. Da fuori non sembra ma poi la terrazza con vista sui vigneti è meravigliosa ed Olga è stata molto disponibile. Un'accoglienza informale che mette subito a proprio agio!
